100% Parmesan Cheese Products

March 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart and Kraft Heinz Foods Company for allegedly falsely marketing Great Value 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese and Kraft’s 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese as containing 100% parmesan cheese when, according to the complaint, they actually contain significant amounts of fillers, such as cellulose wood fiber. (Franklin et al v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Kraft Heinz Foods Company, Case No. 16-cv-515, M. D. FL.)
