was filed against Whole Foods Market Group for allegedly misleadingly marketing 365 Everyday Value Organic Unsweetened Coconut Vanilla Coconutmilk Beverage as containing “vanilla” when, according to plaintiffs, the beverage actually contains artificial flavors that imitate the flavor of vanilla.
