7-Select GO!Yum Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

In November 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against 7-Eleven for allegedly failing to adequately disclose that 7-Select GO!Yum Vanilla Bean Ice Creams contains unspecified “natural flavors” in addition to vanilla ingredients (specifically, vanilla extract and ground vanilla beans). Plaintiffs also claim that the ingredients list includes “ground vanilla beans” without adequately disclosing that they do not add any flavor to the ice cream. (Benites et al v. 7-Eleven, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-6551, E. D. NY.)
