AAA’s Discounted Hotel Bookings

2018: Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint adding several Priceline defendants.

November 2015: This case was transferred from a court in Florida to one in New York. (Case No. 15-cv-9391, S. D. NY.)

September 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against American Automobile Association (AAA) for, among other things, allegedly promising to provide members with discounted hotel bookings when they actually charge members more than they would pay if they booked with the hotels directly. (Rothstein et al v. Auto Club South and American Automobile Association, Case No. 15-cv-81249, S. D. FL.)
