Advertised Prices at Walgreens

In August 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Walgreens for allegedly charging consumers more than the advertised price of merchandise. For example, plaintiffs claim that the store charged $1.80 for an eight-pack of Wyler’s Light Pink Lemonade drink mix when the advertised price was $1. (Carr et al v. Walgreen Co., Case No. 20-cv-1349, D. Ore.)
