Alba Botanica Very Emollient Mineral Spray Sunscreen

In October 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against The Hain Celestial Group for allegedly failing to adequately inform consumers that Alba Botanica Very Emollient Mineral Spray Sunscreen does not provide the advertised sun protection of “SPF 35” if it is not applied properly. (Manley et al v. The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-7101, N. D. IL.)
