In August 2018, a class-action lawsuit
was filed against Revlon and Almay for allegedly misleadingly marketing Almay products as “hypoallergenic” when, according to plaintiffs, they contain allergens, irritants, and other dangerous ingredients. (Plaintiffs amended their complaint
