American Travel Planners Exclusive Memberships

April 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

September 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against American Travel Planners for allegedly falsely advertising its member benefits. Among other things, the complaint claims that the company falsely promises members exclusive benefits – such as access to travel packages and guaranteed discounts on travel packages provided by other vendors – when, according to plaintiffs, members do not get such benefits. (Brown et al v. American Travel Planners et al, Case No. 14-cv-01507, C. D. CA.).
