Annie’s Bunny Fruit Snacks

In October 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Annie’s Inc. for allegedly using slack-filled boxes for Bunny Fruit Snacks that are more than 75% empty space. (Klausner et al v. Annie’s, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-8467, S.D.N.Y.)
