Annie’s Homegrown Vanilla Ice Cream

In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Annie’s Homegrown for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its vanilla ice cream products contain vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list shows that the products contain “organic natural flavor” instead of vanilla. (Housell et al v. Annie’s Homegrown, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-9670, S. D. NY.)
