Apple Chargers for the iPhone 7

A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Apple Inc. in February 2019. Plaintiffs claim that the company misleadingly advertised that the iPhone 7 would be compatible with Apple chargers when, according to the complaint, an October 2017 update to the operating system of the iPhone 7 rendered the chargers incompatible with the phones, which consumers were not made aware of ahead of time. (Emerson et al v. Apple Inc., Case No. 19-cv-829, C. D. CA.)
