Australian Gold Spray Gel with Instant Bronzer

In July 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Australian Gold for allegedly falsely representing that its Spray Gel with Instant Bronzer and other similar products are “Made in U.S.A.” when, according to plaintiffs, more than ten percent of the ingredients in the products are from outside of the United States. (Bauman et al v. Australian Gold, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-1682, S. D. CA.)
