Bai Antioxidant Infusion and Bai Bubbles Sparkling Antioxidant Beverages

In April 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Bai Brands for allegedly misleadingly marketing fruit-flavored beverags – including Bai Antioxidant Infusion Brasilia Blueberry and Bai Bubbles Sparkling Antioxidant Infusion Bolivia Black Cherry – as natural when, according to the plaintiffs, the beverages contain artificial flavors. (Branca et al v. Bai Brands, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-757, S. D. CA.)
