Beech-Nut Baby Foods

In February 2021, multiple class-action lawsuits were filed against Beech-Nut Nutrition Co. for allegedly representing that Beech-Nut baby foods – including Rice Single Grain Baby Cereal, Organics Whole Grain Oatmeal Baby Cereal, and several flavors of its Organics, Naturals, and Classics baby foods – are “real food for babies” and safe for human consumption without disclosing that there is a high risk the products contain heavy metals and other dangerous ingredients, including arsenic, mercury, cadmium, lead, and perchlorate.
