Blue Wilderness Dog Food

In January 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Blue Buffalo Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing its Blue Wilderness line of dog foods as healthy, nutritious, and “[i]nspired by the diet of wolves,” along with an image of a grey wolf, when, according to the complaint, the dog food contains a large amount of carbohydrates, which is not healthy for dogs or a part of the diet of grey wolves. (White et al v. Blue Buffalo Company, Ltd., Case No. 20-cv-1, S. D. NY.)
