March 2020: A federal judge dismissed the claims for injunctive relief finding that the complaint failed to allege any future injury. The other claims will move forward.

December 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Panera Bread for allegedly falsely labeling blueberry bagels as containing blueberries when they do not. (Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint in May 2019. (Izquierdo et al v. Panera Bread Company, Case No. 18-cv-12127, S.D.N.Y.)
