Boxes of Jujyfruits® Candy

In February 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ferrara Candy for allegedly deceptively underfilling boxes of Jujyfruits candy. According to the complaint, approximately 41% of the box is empty space. (Iglesias et al v. Ferrara Candy Co. and Does 1-10, Case No. 17-cv-849, N. D. CA.)
