June 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Topco Associates for allegedly misleadingly using slack-filled boxes that are approximately 25 percent empty space for Full Circle Market™ microwave popcorn. (Reisfelt et al v. Topco Associates, LLC, Case No. 30-2020-01141971, California State Court – Orange County)
