Boxes of Nature’s Path Organic Cereals

May 2018: The case was transferred to another court in California. (White et al v. Nature’s Path Foods USA, Inc. et al, Case No. 18-cv-2710, N. D. CA.)

January 2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit alleging that Nature’s Path Foods misleadingly uses slack-filled boxes for its Nature’s Path Organic Cereals was filed. Specifically, the complaint, which was originally filed in January 2018 and amended in March 2018, alleges that boxes of Nature’s Path Organic cereals contain approximately 40% empty space. (White et al v. Nature’s Path Foods USA, Inc. et al, Case No. 18-cv-13, C. D. CA.)
