Boxes of Sixlets

In February 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Sweetworks Confections for allegedly deceptively using slack-filled boxes for Sixlets chocolate candies to make consumers believe they are getting more candy than they actually are. Plaintiffs claim that the boxes of candies are approximately 60% empty space. (Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint in May 2018.) (Green et al v. Sweetworks Confections, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-902, S. D. NY.)
