Breyers Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Unilever for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the flavoring ingredient in Breyers Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include a vanilla ingredient and reveals that the ice cream contains unspecified “Natural Flavor.” (Falborn et al v. Unilever United States, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-4138, S.D.N.Y.)
