March 2018: The named plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal regarding the dismissal.

January 2018: A federal judge dismissed this case finding that the complaint failed to state a claim because it did not adequately allege that the plaintiffs suffered an injury as a result of the allegedly deceptive advertising.

November 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Buffalo Wild Wings for allegedly deceiving consumers by failing to disclose that it uses beef tallow (fat) to fry food when the industry standard is to use non-beef cooking oil. (Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint in April 2017.) (Borenkoff et al v. Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-8532, S.D.N.Y.)
