CamelBak Water Bottles

In January 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against CamelBak Products for allegedly falsely marketing CamelBak eddy water bottles as “spill-proof” when, according to the complaint, water leaks out of the water bottles due to a defect. (Stewart et al v. CamelBak Products, LLC and CamelBak International, LLC, Case No. 20-cv-232, N. D. Cal.)
