Cash Advances on Capital One Credit Cards

In May 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Capital One Bank for allegedly failing to disclose that it charges consumers interest on cash advances on credit cards after they pay the amount of the advance back in full. (Pfahning et al v. Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Case No. 19-cv-950, D. RI.)
