In December 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Woodbolt Distribution for allegedly misleadingly representing that Cavalier Gentlemen’s Product is an aphrodisiac that supports sexual health when, according to plaintiffs, none of the ingredients in the product provide such benefits. (Harris et al v. Woodbolt Distribution, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-2493, S. D. Cal.)
