July 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Clarins U.S.A. for allegedly falsely advertising Clarins Paris Body Fit Anti-Cellulite Contouring Expert as an anti-cellulite cream that reshapes, firms, and lifts skin when, none of the ingredients are capable of providing such results. (Blackwell et al v. Clarins U.S.A., Inc., Case No. 17-cv-5287, N. D. IL.)
