Clarisonic Face Brushes
In June 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against L’Oreal USA for allegedly falsely advertising that its Clarisonic face brushes are waterproof and can be used in the shower, bath, and sink when, according to the complaint, the brushes are not waterproof and that a defect leads to battery failure. (Marroquin et al v. L’Oreal USA, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-790, E.D. Cal.)
