May 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against GSCM Ventures, Inc. d/b/a Pacific Naturals for allegedly falsely marketing “Libido For Her,” a homeopathic drug product, as a “female libido enhancer” with beneficial health and aphrodisiac properties when, in reality, none of the ingredients provide such benefits.
