September 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Maximum Human Performance, Inc. for allegedly falsely marketing its bodybuilding supplements. The complaint alleges that the company deceives consumers by advertising that its supplements – Dark Rage, Anadrox, and Trac-Extreme – contain certain ingredients (L-Arginine AKG, in the case of Dark Rage, and citrulline malate, in the case of Anadrox and Trac-Extreme) that they do not actually contain.
