Allegations: Misleadingly marketing pricing discounts by comparing discounted prices to artificially inflated regular prices
In July 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Kohl’s for allegedly misleadingly advertising sales on merchandise that is available “only at Kohl’s” by comparing a discounted price to a false regular price.
