March 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Systweak LLC for allegedly falsely advertising that the Advanced Driver Updater Software will detect, update, and fix outdated drivers when, according to plaintiffs, the software does not perform as advertised. Among other things, plaintiffs claim that the company represents that the software can determine the age of a driver when, in fact, the software does not communicate with the driver or determine its age using reliable information. (Garfinkel et al v. Systweak LLC, Case No. 14-cv-01386, E. D. PA.).
