Lawsuit alleges environmental claims don’t stick.
In August 2018, the class-action lawsuit was filed against Diamond Pet Foods for allegedly failing to disclose that its Taste of the Wild® pet food contains heavy metals (including arsenic, lead, mercury, and cadmium), pesticides, acrylamide, and bisphenol A (BPA), and that these toxins accumulate over time in a dog’s body and leads to poisoning, injury, and disease.
