Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Almond Milk Creamers

In November 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Nestlé for allegedly deceptively marketing that the flavoring ingredient in Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Almond Milk Creamer is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list does not include a vanilla ingredient but rather reveals that the creamer contains unspecified “Natural Flavor.” Plaintiffs also claim that testing shows that the product contains the artificial flavor vanillin. (Prescott et al v. Nestlé Holdings, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-5683, E.D.N.Y.)
