Cold-EEZE Products

March 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

February 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against ProPhase Labs for allegedly falsely marketing Cold-EEZE products (a line of over-the-counter homeopathic cold remedies), including Cold-EEZE Cold Remedy Lozenges, Cold-EEZE Cold Remedy Oral Spray, and Cold-EEZE Plus Immune Support QuickMelts. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the marketing for Cold-EEZE products misleadingly represents that they will reduce both the duration and severity of cold symptoms without scientific evidence to support such claims. (Gibbs et al v. ProPhase Labs, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-00865, N. D. CA.).
