This online advertisement takes you to, a website that indeed looks a lot like a consumer health news site. It is not. It is an advertisement, as disclosures at the top and bottom of the page tell you.

But if you eat THIS — garcinia cambogia or green coffee beans — will you never need to diet again?

The website’s own fine print says no:

Representations regarding the efficacy and safety of Garcinia Cambogia Plus and Green Coffee Cleanse Ultra have not been scientifically substantiated or evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. An emerging body of scientific evidence suggests that ingestion of Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Bean Extract, used in conjunction with a restricted diet and exercise program, can lead to a reduction in weight or body fat.
