May 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against IdeaVillage Products Corp. for allegedly deceptively marketing that Copper Fit “copper-infused” knee and elbow sleeves help relieve aches and pains and speed muscle recovery time when, in reality, the copper-infused sleeves do not provide consumers with any more benefits than non-copper-infused sleeves.
