August 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. as to the named plaintiff, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

May 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against IdeaVillage Products Corp. for allegedly deceptively marketing that Copper Fit “copper-infused” knee and elbow sleeves help relieve aches and pains and speed muscle recovery time when, in reality, the copper-infused sleeves do not provide consumers with any more benefits than non-copper-infused sleeves. (Ortiz et al v. IdeaVillage Products Corp., Case No. 15-cv-3365, D. NJ.)
