November 2017: This case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

September 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Credo Beauty for allegedly falsely marketing cosmetics and skin care products as being 100% natural when, according to the complaint, they contain synthetic, non-natural ingredients. (Cohen et al v. Eco-Chic LLC d/b/a Credo Beauty, Case No. 17-cv-5146, N. D. CA.)
