Crunch ‘n Munch

March 2017: A federal judge dismissed the complaint with prejudice finding that federal law preempts the claims.

June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against ConAgra Foods, Inc. for, among other things, allegedly falsely marketing Crunch ‘n Munch (caramel popcorn snacks) as containing “0g Trans Fat” when, in reality, the snacks contain dangerous levels of trans fat. (Walker et al v. ConAgra Foods, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-2424, N. D. CA.)
