was filed against CVS Health for allegedly falsely advertising that CVS Health Glucosamine Joint Health supplements will provide meaningful joint health benefits – including joint flexibility, mobility, comfort, and strength – when, according to plaintiffs, scientific evidence shows that the ingredients in the supplement do not provide the advertised benefits.
