Discounts at Justice Stores

In February 2015, a false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Justice Stores in state court (and transferred to federal court in March 2015). Specifically, the complaint alleges that the store advertises discounts on merchandise when the discounts actually never end and, as a result, the prices are always the same, in violation of Pennsylvania law. (Cowhey et al v. Ascena Retail Group, Inc. d/b/a Justice Stores and Tween Brands, Inc. d/b/a Justice Stores, Case No. 15-cv-01423, E. D. PA.).
