Discounts at Old Navy

In December 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Old Navy for allegedly misleadingly advertising discounts by comparing a “discounted” price to a “regular” price that is false, inflated, and fictitious. (Nemykina et al v. Old Navy, LLC et al, Case No. 19-cv-1958, W. D. WA.)
