November 2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Saks Off Fifth for allegedly deceptively comparing discounted prices of clothing and jewelry to false original prices. (Hung et al v. Saks, Inc., dba Saks Off Fifth, Case No. 18-cv-05183, California State Court – Los Angeles)
