Domino’s Pizza Robo-Call

Despite denying any wrongdoing, Domino’s Pizza (and an independent franchisee, RPM Pizza, LLC) recently agreed to pay $9.75 million to settle a 2010 class-action lawsuit.  The lawsuit alleged that Domino’s sent pre-recorded phone ads to consumers’ cell phones without their consent.  For more information, go to www.PizzaSettlement.com.  (Spillman v.
