A March 2012 class action representing California residents states that Driven Sports “makes representations regarding the efficacy, safety and legality of [Craze] which are false, misleading and deceptive.” At issue is the fact that Craze allegedly contains amphetamine, which is regulated as a controlled substance and a dangerous stimulant in California.
