Ducktrap River of Maine Salmon

In December 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Mowi ASA, Mowi USA, and Mowi Ducktrap for allegedly falsely marketing Ducktrap River of Maine Smoked Salmon as “sustainably sourced” when, according to plaintiffs, the salmon comes from industrial farms that use practices that are not sustainable.
