Dunkin’ Donuts Blueberry Donuts

In July 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Dunkin’ Donuts for allegedly misleadingly marketing blueberry donuts – including glazed blueberry donuts – as containing blueberries when, according to the complaint, the donuts do not contain any blueberries. (Grabowski et al v. Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-5069, N. D. IL.)
