Fairlife Milk
June-September 2019: Multiple class-action lawsuits were filed against the marketers of Fairlife milk for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the milk in its products comes from cows that are treated humanely and with an “extraordinary” amount of care when, according to the plaintiffs, the cows that produce the milk are routinely abused and mistreated.
