October 2019: This case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice, the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

May 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Finders Seekers for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of subscriptions for its gift boxes resulting in consumers being charged without their consent. (Rivera et al v. Finders Seekers, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-4053, C.D. Cal.)
