Fisher-Price’s Rock ‘n Play Sleeper
In August 2019, multiple class-action lawsuits filed against Fisher-Price for allegedly misleadingly marketing the Rock ‘n Play Sleeper were transferred to one court to be heard together as part of a multidistrict litigation (MDL). The complaints allege that Fisher-Price misleadingly marketed the Rock ‘n Play Sleeper as a safe place for infants to sleep when, according to the plaintiffs, the product is dangerous and frequently causes injury and death.
