Flintstones Healthy Brain Support Gummies

August 2016: This lawsuit was voluntarily dismissed because the parties entered a confidential settlement agreement.

December 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Bayer for allegedly falsely advertising the Flintstones Healthy Brain Support supplement (a gummy, chewable supplement with DHA) as able to “Support Healthy Brain Function” without scientific evidence to support such claims. (Gershman et al v. Bayer Healthcare, LLC, Case No. 14-cv-05332, N. D. CA.).
